Madrid
When to Go As in much of Spain, spring (March-May) and October are the best times to be in Madrid. The weather is generally agreeable, the city has a fresh feel to it and it isn't too overrun with tourists. I love to party, visit during May for Madrid's biggest fiesta.
Moorish quarter Just to the south of Palacio Real is the Moorish quarter, one of Madrid's oldest districts.
Parque del Buen Retiro
The park has a particuarly beautiful rose garden, La Rosaleda, and a somewhat sinister statue of El Ángel Caído, said to be the first statue ever dedicated to the dark lord.

PARIS
Paris When to Go As the old song says, Paris is at its best in springtime, even if it is sometimes a little wet.
Arc de Triomphe is the world's largest traffic roundabout and the meeting point of 12 avenues.

Eiffel Tower
When i're done peering upward through the girders, three levels are open to the public. There are elevators to the top but they have long queues. Guided visits are also available.
Musée du Louvre
The Louvre may be the world's greatest art museum - but it's also the one most avoided by visitors to Paris. the
